Office reinforces structure to continue customer service

With the spread of the COVID-19 virus complicating humanity’s basic existence, I am writing to inform you of Almeida Advogados’ preparations for and commitment to maintaining normal firm operations.

We have adopted the necessary precautions for our team’s health, while remaining fully engaged in meeting our clients’ needs and interests. We continue to leverage our investment in technology, which provides for the automatic backup of documents and emails in the cloud. If the health situation in Brazil takes a negative turn, our team stands ready to work remotely, with uninterrupted access to email and documents.
Similar to our clients, we have implemented internal measures aimed at safeguarding our team members’ health. For that reason, Almeida Advogados has canceled all business trips over the next 30 days, and will communicate through technology. We have also proactively suspended our participation in internal and external marketing events, conferences and functions.

We take these measures to preserve our most important asset developed since our founding in 2001: our team’s AVAILABILITY for our clients, regardless of place or time.
