REGULATION UNDER HEALTH SURVEILLANCE IN BRAZIL (ANVISA)

The National Agency of Sanitary Inspection of Brazil (ANVISA) has required a wide range of information and, in most cases, prior licensing of companies acting in the medical, pharmaceutical and food industries within the Brazilian territory. The matter has been widely known by agents of these sectors as an important barrier to the entry to our market.
